CAIP Canada Refund Policy
We value your engagement with CAIP Canada and strive to provide you with the best possible service. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for applications or services submitted to CAIP Canada.
Refund Conditions
1. Refund Requests within the First 30 Days
If, after submitting your application, CAIP Canada determines that your qualifications are insufficient or that you do not otherwise qualify for the service or application submitted within the first 30 days, you may request a refund. Please note that any refund issued under these conditions will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
2. Refund Requests after 30 Days
If you require a refund after 30 days of submitting your application, any refund granted will be subject to a minimum $200 administrative fee. Refund requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final amount refunded will be determined by CAIP Canada.
3. No Refunds after One Year
Refund requests submitted after one year from the date of application submission will not be accepted. This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability and proper allocation of resources within CAIP Canada.
4. Precedence of Specific Admin Fee Structures
If an administrative fee structure is outlined for a particular project, it will take precedence over the fee structure outlined in this policy. Please refer to the specific project documentation for detailed information on applicable fees.
5. Membership and Service Dues
Refunds are generally not available for certain types of fees, including but not limited to membership dues, due to the ongoing nature of the benefits and services provided.
