Nancy Flello has a passion and a solid foundation of experience in both quantitative and qualitive market and consumer research. As a Senior Market Research Advisor at TransLink (the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority, connecting the region and enhancing its livability by providing a sustainable transportation network), she works with internal clients with designing, planning and executing a range of projects to support informed and effective business decisions. She has a collaborative leadership style and enjoys building and developing relationships. Nancy started her career at Destination BC, with her last role within that organization as the Manager of the Research and Analytics team.
Nancy is a Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP), a designation that recognizes a high level of knowledge and capability in marketing research theory and practice and adherence to rigorous ethical standards. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Waterloo. She has also earned post-graduate certificates in the Research Analyst Post-Graduate Program at Georgian College.
When not a work you can find her exploring the outdoors, on the sidelines routing for her two young boys in a variety of sport or simply enjoying quality time with loved ones.
