John brings over 20 years of experience in research, insights and analytics. He is currently the Canadian Research Insights Council’s CEO and prior to that he led the insights and member value functions at CPA Canada. Having focused his career on associations, he is always motivated by insights from research and analytics that lead to new ways to offer value to members. John believes that obtaining the CAIP will offer value to professionals in our industry by demonstrating their commitment to a well-rounded skill set that includes both technical skill as well as soft skills including leadership, communication and ethics. When he is not working, you will likely find him mountain biking on the local trails or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.
